About Us
Family-Owned Phoenix Plumbing Since 2006
Do It Right Plumbing is Kenneth Parks, his family, and a small crew of plumbers who'd rather do a job once than come back to fix it twice.

How We Got Here
Kenneth Parks got into plumbing the way a lot of good tradesmen do: as a helper carrying pipe, then as an apprentice, then as the guy the other guys called when something didn't make sense. More than 35 years later he's still the one who shows up to look at the hard jobs.
He started Do It Right Plumbing in Phoenix in 2006 with one truck and a simple rule that turned into the company name. The rule hasn't changed. The truck count has.
Today the company runs out of 4150 W Northern Ave in west Phoenix and handles everything from a dripping faucet to a full sewer line replacement, for homeowners across Phoenix and the surrounding cities. It's still family owned and operated, which means the person answering the phone has a direct line to the person doing the work.
What “Done Right” Means to Us
It means we don't guess. We scope drains with a camera before we tell you what's wrong with them. We pressure-test repairs before we leave. We pull permits when the job calls for one.
It means straight talk about price. You'll get an explanation of what we found and what it costs to fix before we start, and if there's a cheaper way to get you by for now, we'll tell you.
It means we stand behind the work: one year on parts and labor on every job, and a six-year manufacturer warranty on the water heaters we install.
And it means we leave your house the way we found it, minus the problem.
Licensed, Bonded and Insured
Do It Right Plumbing Inc. holds Arizona Registrar of Contractors license ROC# 219450. We're bonded and carry liability insurance, and we're glad to show proof of both before any work starts. If a plumber can't show you a license number, keep looking.
Discounts for the People Who Hold This Place Together
First responders, seniors, teachers and veterans get 10% off any service. Just mention it when you call.
